Architecture, interiors and budget, composed together.

Led by Joanna Pietras, our studio develops the architecture and interior language as one — with a transparent, fixed estimate defined before ground is broken. You will never meet a surprise.

Master trades, conducted like an orchestra.

Sebastian Tomczyk directs a hand-picked bench of craftsmen through a disciplined, scheduled build — with weekly briefings and a dedicated client liaison throughout.

Completion

We hand you the key to a finished life.

Furnished, styled, commissioned and tuned — down to the last cabinet whisper-close. The only thing left to do is live in it.

We accept a limited number of commissions each year. Projects typically begin at $2 million, with most residences completing between $3M and $10M. If your vision sits in that territory, we would be glad to hear it.
