When you submit our consultation form or contact us by phone or email, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, property location, and any details you share about your project. Our website host (Netlify) and telephone provider (Twilio) process this information on our behalf. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

Your information is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about a custom home project, which includes sharing your inquiry with Basal Master Builds so they can speak with you about your project. Voicemail messages are recorded and delivered to us by email.

Retention and access

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve your request. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to inquiries@guelphluxuryhomebuilder.com.
